1.Wheels to move it out of the way, currently I have to drag it when I want to move in my fan bike.
2.Instead of the screw and knob system to fold the treadmill up switch to a spring loaded pin similar to my rouge fan bike seat or like the locking pin on the west side barbell reverse hyper.
Other than those two small wish list items I do try to use this every 2nd day.

This is the third ATG product I’ve purchased. Extremely light yet stable, but I wish the pad was adjustable, and while I realize the incline was necessary, I wish it could be modified as well. I also wish there were wheels, and the side handles, uprights could be folded away.

Super easy to set up and does not take up a lot of space. I use it everyday despite my program only having me warm up with a sled 3 times a week. If I am watching a soccer game or listening to a podcast ill adjust the resistance and just walk backwards. I figure its better then sitting down for long periods of time.
In terms of actually working out it is amazing. My right knee for the first two weeks was a little sore but I think its because I have never pushed my knee in such a positive way. My knee is currently feeling stable, my quads are loving it, and if you follow Ben's routine for training cardio it literally feels like you're running hills (and is amazing).
The only thing I worry about is wear and tear on the belt if I increase the resistance too much. As of right now there is 0 signs of wear and tear and I think as long as I keep it lubed up that there won't be any problems.
Its pricey but 100% worth every $$$. I would be surprised if these are not in every gym one day.

Oil bottle has 2 seals in it. Belt tensioning: "tighten" a side pulls it out toward you. Imagine a rod: tighten left and loosen right is like "/" from above, so belt goes right.
Will feel awkward at first. Loose tension: weight is more than tension, so will start sliding forward w/o holding on. If lean back, bend your knees, or go faster, leverage makes you fall back, feeling slippery. Stay upright and push handles forward to keep in place. Put weight on arms to keep up in more leveraged pos. High tension: can rest against cushion with no hands, or push the handles back to keep in place. I like cushion with slower walking and more forward (holding on) to go faster.
Unstick from stationary: can start both feet together. More friction at the edges of belt, so keep feet near center. Push heel at the end to keep the momentum for your other foot. Can use it for sled pushing as well.
To improve: better knob, transport wheels, and wish it was an inch or two wider.

Assembly booklet print is really small but got an assist from a customer that did an assembly/review video which made it super easy. Itsca little awkward (I'm 5'4) so the butt pad is not as functional as it seems to be for taller people. It takes a few attempts to get used to that is hindered by sudden stiffness in the belt making it difficult to maintain rhythm. That said, so far I find that it does exactly what it was created for. Unlike pricier standard treadmills, it allows for incremental use that doesn't take a significant amount of time, merely effort to get results that are more important than just looking ripped.

There’s a thin line between not enough resistance and too much, which can make things difficult.
I also notice when I increase the resistance and really push the machine feels a bit unstable. I’m 6’4” so I’m not sure if that’s part of the problem.

I am a huge supporter of Ben Patrick and use his kneesovertoes program for my freinds, family, and all of my clients. I was so excited to try out the backwards treadmill and heard so many positive reviews about it, so I saved up money for a few months so I could get it. But after assembling it, I am extremely disappointed. It feels very cheap overall and the weight limit says 275lbs but I am only 245lbs and the machine shakes and wiggles back and forth. I am still going to recommend Ben's products and the kneesovertoes program but I feel sick to my stomach wasting all this money. I could've spent that money on my kid's for Christmas. Your local high school could build a better treadmill. Super janky build. The adjust for the treadmill track to align is a horrible system. When you start to walk the whole thing rattles and moves. The system for storing it upright is so cheap. This has to be one of my worst purchases I’ve ever made. The idea of this was so great and I expected so much but this product is absolute trash for the money.
