We absolutely loved these toddler shoes—the design is adorable, they fit my daughter perfectly, and she was so excited to wear them every day. Unfortunately, after just a few weeks of use, the stitching on the Velcro straps came apart, making them difficult to wear.
That said, I was incredibly impressed by the company’s response. They reached out right away, offered a replacement pair, and reassured me that the issue has since been fixed.
