By purchasing and using ATG products, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold ATG harmless from any claims arising from their use.
ATG warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, as set forth in the Limited Warranty. ATG's sole liability is limited to repairing, replacing, or refunding products that are returned within this 90-day period. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION, THE ATG PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OR TRADE OR OTHERWISE, ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
As set forth above under the limited warranty provision, ATG's liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of defective products.
