SIMPLE INTENT: “I’m going to improve my ability to handle my body DOWNHILL without knee pain!”

It’s easier to slow down on flat ground than downhill.

It’s also easier to take a smaller step.

And it’s easier if you assist yourself!

So you’ve got 3 regressions at your disposal: slope, size of step, and assistance!

For most goals, simply handling your body for 25 reps, heel in front of toes, on a slant, is amazing!

For my goals, I do so with reach added.

The key point is finding and training your PAIN-FREE level rather than working through pain OR avoidance.

So for me, 2 x 25 is like a push-up for epic knee ability and health.

If this seems too simple, that’s largely because knee over toes was mistakenly advised against in the 1970s - so 50 years later I’ve been dedicating my life to coaching thousands through SIMPLE progressions.

As shown, you don’t need a slant to start.
